Central Park Public School
Central Park Public School opened its doors in 1989 with the official opening in 1990. The name “Central Park” was given to the school as it is a part of the Manhattan subdivision. Central Park Public School is a culturally diverse community of Learners growing together as citizens in an ever-changing world. The “Tree of Learning” is the school log. Its design is truly unique, incorporating drawings of children within the structure of the tree and its limbs.
Parkview Public School
Parkview P.S. has served the Unionville community since 1966 as a one-storey building. Additions were placed on the original school in 1967. Further additions in 1992 and 1995 have resulted in Parkview having 21 classrooms, 6 portables, a gym/auditorium and music room. Parkview P.S. is dedicated to academic excellence through a fine balance of the three A'; the arts, athletics and academics, The school mascot is the Parkview Panther.
Unionville Meadows Public School
Unionville Meadows P.S. was officially opened in September 2004. The school is named after the community where the school was built: "The Meadows of Unionville."The school motto is "From Seeds We Soar."The school mascot is the Mustang.
Unionville Public School
The original Unionville Public School was built in the 1830s and was named SS#10. It was torn down and a two-storey brick building was built in 1892. It was one of the first schools in the township to be electrified (1928)
William Berczy Public School
William Berczy Public School, an established elementary school located in the village of Unionville built in 1968, is named after William Moll Berczy, the founder of Markham. The school motto is: "Berczy is a school where children want to learn, teachers want to teach, and parents want to be involved." We regularly celebrate "It Costs Nothing to be Kind". The school mascot is Wilber the bear, and the school colours are blue and gold.
Bill Crothers Secondary School
Bill Crothers Secondary School is an athletic based high school . Named for the former Olympic athlete and Chair of the York Region District School Board, Bill Crothers, the school opened its doors to Grade 9 and 10 students in August 2008. The school is 32 acres. It was formerly an 18-hole golf course, Unionville Golf Centre.
Markville Secondary School
Markville S.S. is located in an area that was developed by the Melchior Quantz family of Germany in the city of Markham who came to North America with William Berczy. The school was founded in 1990 and serves students in grades 9 through 12. It is known for its strong academic performance, and offers a comprehensive curriculum including Advanced Placement courses and Specialist High Skills Major programs. The school's mascot is the Maverick, and its motto is "Living, Sharing and Learning Together".
